Child Policy:
We are a child friend establishment
There is no additional charge for children up to four years
Children aged five to 12 are charged at 50% of the room rate
Deposit Conditions:
50% deposit of total booking amount required to confirm booking.
Cancellation
Policy:
Early Cancellation: if your plans have changed and you cancel your booking more
than 30 days before your intended stay, we will be happy to refund your 50%
deposit in full. Pass 30 days, your refund becomes non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we must charge the full amount of your stay in case of no-show
or if you cancel less than 14 days before arrival.

Cash, Bank Credit Transfers, Cheque
Check In/Check Out Times:
Check in: after 14:00
Check out: before 10:00
In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the unit is available. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you require early check-in or late check out.
Other terms:
The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.

The owners and management of Marianne Wine Estate cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the apartment.
